General Manager Hampton Inn & Suites Hotel On the Beach, Orange Beach Alabama

Ms. Dishon joined Innisfree Hotels in March, 2011 as the Assistant General Manager at the Hampton Inn and Suites in Orange Beach.  She was a key member of the hotel’s opening management team. 

She was promoted to General Manager in July 2012.

Ms. Dishon came to Innisfree with thirteen years of hospitality industry experience.  Prior to joining the team at the Hampton she spent three years as the General Manager of Country Hearth Inn in Gulf Shores, Alabama.  While there she oversaw the transformation of the hotel from an extended stay property to a transient motel. 

Prior to that, she worked as a Resort Recreation Supervisor and a Front Office Manager.

Ms. Dishon is originally from North Dakota, where she studied Business Management at University of Mary and Aaker’s Business College.
