Each report details historical occupancy, Average Daily Rate (ADR) and Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR) performance and accurately tracks how your property measures up to your chosen competitive set and local market.
We track our guest satisfaction through the franchisor’s programs such as the Hilton’s Satisfaction and Loyalty Tracking or SALT scores.
Finally we use a tool called MarketVision to manage pricing and availability in today’s highly competitive, complex and dynamic hospitality marketplace. This is the most widely used market information system in the worldwide hospitality industry.
