President

Harlan Butler joined Innisfree Hotels in the late eighties, and his background includes 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. In 2004, Mr. Butler was promoted to President of Innisfree Hotels. His past positions as General Manager, District Manager and Vice President of Gremor Motor Inns, Inc., have provided him with extensive experience in all aspects of hotel management.

Mr. Butler directs the operation of multiple franchise properties, office parks, resort RV parks and condominium management companies. His responsibilities include overseeing personnel, property renovations; P&L’s and budgets. By specializing in the revenue management concept, Mr. Butler has helped Innisfree achieve the maximum average daily rate, while maintaining maximum occupancy.

As a Certified Hospitality Administrator, Mr. Butler has attended the hotel management training schools of major hotel franchise companies including: Hilton Hotels Corporation, Intercontinental Hotels Group (Holiday Inn University), Choice Hotels International and Best Western International. He also served as a delegate from the United States Department of Commerce to the Australia/United States Tourism Summit in Sydney, Australia. Mr. Butler is a graduate of the University of Arkansas.
