Ms. Gale joined Innisfree Hotels in 2012 as the Assistant General Manager at the Holiday Inn Express beachfront hotel in Orange Beach Alabama.  She was promoted to General Manager in July of 2012.

She brought 12 years of hospitality industry experience with her when she joined Innisfree in a variety of hotel brands such as IHG, Marriott and Hilton Worldwide.  Her specialties are yield management and back of house operations.

She graduated from the University of West Florida December 2011 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management.

She received Quality Excellence Award from IHG Hotels in 2009, 2010, and 2011 while she was at the Holiday Inn in Pensacola, Florida.  She’s also a Certified Food Safety Manager.
