Charlie Allen joined Innisfree in 2010.  He has over three decades of hotel management and franchise experience with the Hilton, Marriott, Choice and InterContinental brands.  He has extensive knowledge of all aspects of hotel operations from concept development to opening and daily operations.  Prior to joining the Innisfree team Mr. Allen was the Senior Vice President of Operations at Elite Hospitality in Ormond Beach, Florida where he oversaw a portfolio of seventeen hotels.

He has a degree in Business Administration from the University of South Alabama and is a Certified Hotel Administrator.
