Hilton Gulf Front Hotel, Pensacola Beach, FL

The Hilton Pensacola Beach Gulf Front Hotel was built in two phases.  Phase one was the building of a 183 unit Hilton Garden Inn that included 12,000 square feet of conference space, a five star restaurant, indoor pool, sauna and fitness room.  Outdoor facilities included two outdoor pools, a hot tub and a pool bar overlooking the beach. 

During phase two the Innisfree Development team transformed the Hilton Garden Inn into a full service Hilton by adding a 17 story Gulf view room tower containing 27 two and three bedroom suites and 65 one bedroom junior suites.  We also added 10,000 additional square feet of conference space and a double level parking garage.
