Hilton Garden Inn, Orange Beach, AL

Innisfree Hotels purchased the Hilton Garden Inn, On the Beach, in Orange Beach Alabama in 2003. It was a well-seasoned property but due to lack of revenue and cost controls it was under-performing financially. In the first 6 months of operation after the purchase, the Innisfree management team  increased the annual room revenue by 18%.
