Baqiara Howard, Executive Assistant to the CFO

Ms. Howard is a native of Ohio, but moved to Pensacola in 1992 graduating from Pine Forest High School in 1994. She has 16 years of hospitality experience traveling across the country and back. Ms. Howard has worked in economy to full service hotels specializing in front office operations.

She began her career in the industry in 1996 as the Night Auditor for the Days Inn in Orange Beach. She was quickly promoted to Front Desk Supervisor; then moved to Las Vegas as the Front Desk/Night Auditor for the Days Inn/Howard Johnson. 

Ms. Howard then moved to Orange Beach, AL to begin her career with Innisfree as the Front Office Supervisor for the Days Inn. She moved back to Las Vegas to assume the role of Reservations Manager for the Embassy Suites. She continued with the Embassy Suites family moving to Cleveland, Ohio as a Front Office Supervisor. Then hopped over Olmstead, Ohio to assume the role of Night Auditor at the Hampton Inn.

She traveled back down South to reunite with her Innisfree family as the Front Desk Supervisor for the Best Western in Perdido Key. Ms. Howard transferred to the Hilton Garden Inn in Orange Beach, AL as the Front Desk Manager, then was promoted to Assistant General Manager. She joined the Innisfree Corporate Office as the Executive Assistant to the CFO & Executive Director of Strategic Planning in January of 2012. 

Ms. Howard enjoys spending her free time with her two beautiful children, an 18 year old son and 10 year old daughter.
