General Manager, Country Inn & Suites in Norfolk

April Speller-Ostromecky began her career in hospitality over 20 years ago in a restaurant connected to a hotel. She continued working as a Guest Services Agent and then became Front Desk Manager for the Wingate by Wyndham Norfolk Airport in Virginia Beach. In 2008, she transferred to the Wingate by Wyndham Chesapeake as the Interim General Manager while working on her degree in business and secondary education. Under the same ownership, in 2009 the Country Inn & Suites Norfolk Airport opened. Ms. Speller-Ostromecky currently serves in a dual role as Sales and General Manager.

During her tenure she has worked for some of the top employers in the hotel industry such as Household Bank, Comcast Cablevision and Financing Alternatives in which she regularly ranked number one in their sales departments.

She lives in Chesapeake, Virgina with her husband and their four beautiful children.
